Package Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
